Community Services Wing

GMRVF contributes to the overall welfare and development of its communities through initiatives in four key areas: Education; Health, Hygiene and Sanitation; Empowerment and Livelihoods; and Community Development. Through these, the Foundation aims to contribute to inclusive growth, primarily in the areas where the Group is present.

Through the multiple institutions, programmes and facilities built the foundation continues to contribute towards driving a social change in the society, primarily in the areas where the group is present.

Education

The Foundation believes that quality education must be accessible to all. It works with government schools and communities to achieve this objective. Know More

Recognizing that health is integral to quality of life, the Foundation works to improve quality of and access to healthcare, hygiene and sanitation in its communities. Know More

GMRVF Vocational Training Centers Celebrates World Youth Skills Day

Vocational Training Centers of GMR Varalakshmi Foundation at Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Rajam, Jargangi, Seethampet, Kakinada and Vizianagaram celebrated World Youth Skills Day which is commemorated on 15th July every year to advocate for skills as an important factor to improve young people’s transitions to decent work, and to highlight the crucial role of skilled youth in addressing today’s most challenging global issues. Quiz and Elocution competitions, and awareness generation activities were conducted in the centers. Over 600 trainees and alumni participated.
